Overview
  • Our “Cyclone Mill” is a unique jet mill, that does not utilize compressed air for processing
  • It utilizes process impellers to create a swirling affect that gives it necessary milling force
  • Mill feed material as small as sub micron and up to 50 microns
  • Feed material up to 10mm
  • Energy efficient due to elimination of compressed air
  • Increased productivity compared to other jet mills and impact mills with internal classifier
  • Easy maintenance with simple structure
  • Initial and running cost efficient mill
  • Applications include:
    • -Cathode / Anode materials (LFP, NCA, Carbon, LTO, Si, etc.)
    • -Ceramics (Al2O3, ZrO2, SiO2, etc.)
    • -Additionally: Metals, Resin, Rice, Wheat, Bean, etc

Details

  • 2 impellers in the milling chamber rotate and generate high speed swirling airflow
  • Fed material to the Cyclone Mill to be ground by inter-particles collision
  • Impeller tip speed up to 150 meters per second
  • Options include impellers rotating in same direction(S type), or rotating in counter directions(W type)
  • Impeller and milling chamber can be made with Ceramic coating to minimize metal contamination
